Walter Herz
Managing Partner and founder of Walter Herz - consulting company operating in the commercial real estate sector, which has been providing advice to tenants, investors and property owners. 
He graduated from the Master in International Business and Management at Bradford University and Kozminski University in Warsaw. He also completed studies in real estate valuation at the Warsaw School of Economics. He holds the title of CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Member and is a member of the RICS Royal Association of Chartered Surveyors. Bartłomiej founded the first Tenant Academy in Poland - a series of trainings for tenants.

Michal Zalewski
Director of the Investment Department at Walter Herz. He specializes in retail market and structuring transactions. He gradueted from Philosophy on Warsaw University.

During his 15 years of work in various sectors of the real estate market, including the investment and development side in the commercial and residential and retail sectors,  he has gained comprehensive operating and negotiating experience by combining the developer, landlord and tenant market. 

Over the last two years of working with Walter Herz he completed several transaction both on leasing and investment market.

Piotr Szymonski
Manager in the Financial Advisory team in Poland. Throughout his career, he gains experience in top consulting companies in Poland. He graduated in Finance and Accounting as well as International Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. Additionally, he is in the process of becoming a certified public auditor. 
He specializes in transactions, internal and external audits and business consulting.
He is an expert in providing advisory services to investment funds, Real Estate and RES SPV’s. He was also involved in many internal audit projects. Moreover, participated also in numerous projects involving due diligence reports, auditing and reviewing financial statements, starting from local companies to international capital groups.
